About Our Dental Clinic
Dentaltech is a second-generation family business. From humble beginnings in a small laboratory and denture clinic in Willington, Templeogue in the 1970s. Dentaltech founders, Brian and Mary Mahon have created a unique environment that promotes learning and sharing of those traditions. With decades of experience, along with their daughter Bevin, they paved the way for a new model of dentistry. This makes denture and dental services easily accessible for all.
Today, Dentaltech Group has 35 employees all passionate about providing exceptional care at clinics in Dublin, Wexford and Waterford. Our team includes Clinical Dental Technicians, Denturists and professionals who operate a mobile service. We deliver dental care to nursing home residents and those wishing to access denture services from their home.
At the forefront of Dentaltech’s multi-award-winning team is our Owner and Managing Director, Bevin Mahon. Joining the small team of four in 2001, Bevin drew on her wealth of experience of working for prestigious advertising companies in New York and Ireland. She set strategic objectives for Dentaltech focused on:
Dental and denture clinics in Dublin, Wexford and Waterford. Mobile/Portable service delivery to nursing homes and peoples own homes in the Leinster region. Online TeleDental to ensure access for anyone from anywhere around the country to their dental professional
Growing from just 4 employees in 2001, Dentaltech now employs 35 people across Ireland.
Using innovation and advanced technology to champion a new model of dentistry, to serve a diverse client base. Bevin brought in the portable dental and denture service some years back. More recently she has brought in scanning of the mouth and 3D printing for Denture Making. This has significantly improved product quality and reduced the time taken to replace dentures for patients .
Nursing home and home care dental services to ensure the most vulnerable in society have access to denture and dental care.
Bevin has built and continues to build a dedicated, highly committed team to accelerate Dentaltech’s success. Both the company and Bevin have achieved many awards for excellence in denture manufacturing and dental services as well as leadership and company culture over the years. We also work with nursing home staff and carers to provide detailed oral health care plans that are HIQA compliant to improve the oral health of residents. In addition we provide certified online oral care training, through the Irish Nurse and Midwifery Board, to support the daily oral care needs of the residents.
